Steps:
- Dice one apple, place the pieces in a bowl, and add a couple good squeezes of lemon juice (either fresh or from concentrate). Add 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese into the bowl. Add 2 stalks chopped celery and a very small handful of toasted chopped walnuts or other nuts (check out Spicy Nuts (Snacks, Chapter 24). Add dash of sea salt, black pepper, and shake in some chili flakes. Combine ingredients with a fork or spoon.
