1 pork roast, whatever is on sale
salt and garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. In the morning before you go to work place roast in your crock pot/slow cooker. No need for any liquid to be added.
  • 2. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
  • 3. Put lid on cooker and set it on low. The roast will be very tender and delicious when you get home from work.
