I'm not sure what went wrong, but my stew turned out bland. I think I might have used too much water.

I like to add a little bit of spice to this stew. I usually add a teaspoon of chili powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

I'm not a big fan of squash, but I loved it in this stew. The sweetness of the squash balanced out the other flavors perfectly.

I made this stew in my slow cooker and it turned out perfectly. The meat was tender and the vegetables were cooked through but still had a little bit of a bite to them.

This stew is a great way to use up summer produce. The corn, beans, and squash are all at their peak in the summer, so they're extra flavorful.
