1/2 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste

Bake in a preheated 350F oven until cooked, about 15-20 minutes. 6. Serve with the remaining tamarind sauce, sliced green onions and red chillies.

This dish was a disappointment. The tamarind sauce was too sour and the fish was overcooked. I won't be making this recipe again.

Overall, this recipe was good. The tamarind sauce was flavorful and the fish was cooked well. However, I found the dish to be a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I'll reduce the amount of sugar in the sauce.

This recipe was a fail for me. The tamarind sauce was too watery and didn't have much flavor. The fish was also overcooked and dry. I won't be making this again.

The tamarind sauce was too sour for my taste. I had to add some honey to balance it out. Other than that, the recipe was easy to follow and the fish was cooked perfectly.
