Tilapia With An Asian Flair (Microwave) image

This is quick and easy (done in the microwave) and very tasty. Serve with steamed rice and broccoli. (cook rice before putting fish in microwave, as it only takes 5 minutes).

I followed the recipe exactly and the fish was overcooked. I would recommend cooking the fish for less time.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it was much better.
