Steps:
- Chill goat cheese in freezer about 20 minutes. With a warm knife slice goat cheese into 1/2 inch rounds. Dredge in egg wash, then into Panko. Saute in pan with olive oil until browned, flip and finish on other side about 30-45 seconds on each side.
