Tom Ka Gai( Spicy coconut chicken soup) image

My Husband had ordered A soup like this at a Thai place. It was so good. So I had to find a way to make it or something like it. This recipe is just as good as the one my husband had at the restaurant. Made it for my church fellowship lunch everyone loved it and wanted the recipe for it.

I made this soup for my family and they loved it! It's a great way to use up leftover chicken and it's so flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup is delicious! It's the perfect comfort food for a cold day. The coconut milk makes it creamy and rich, and the lemongrass gives it a nice citrus flavor. I highly recommend this recipe.

I'm not a big fan of coconut milk, but I really liked this soup. The flavors are very well-balanced and the chicken is cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again.

This soup is a bit too spicy for me, but it's still very good. I love the creamy texture of the coconut milk and the flavor of the lemongrass. I would recommend using less chili peppers if you don't like spicy food.

This soup was just ok. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think I would have liked it more if it had more vegetables in it.
