I make this tomato cobbler recipe during the height of summer, when tomatoes are abundant and super flavorful. The topping is a cross between that of a crisp and a cobbler. It's a delightful way to use up fresh garden produce. -Mohammad Abdullah, Fremont, California

The cobbler topping was a bit dry, but the filling was flavorful. I think I'll try adding a bit more butter to the topping next time.

The tomato cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall it was still a good recipe. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

Tried this recipe last night and it was a success! The cobbler was easy to make and tasted great. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more sugar to the filling for a sweeter taste.
