Tomato Gorgonzola Soup image

This is a very forgiving recipe. Don't worry if you have to modify the amounts or substitute a little. Try it with fresh tomatoes and basil in the summer! Serve in bowls or scoop out 8 inch round loaves of bread to make bread bowls.

This soup was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a milder cheese. Otherwise, it was a good soup.

This tomato Gorgonzola soup was a hit! It was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of tang. I served it with a side of crusty bread and it was perfect.
