Tortellini Toss Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

7-oz. pkg. tortellini pasta
15-1/4 oz. can baby peas, drained
minced garlic to taste
1/2 c. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
fresh grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Steps:

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. In a large serving bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
