Traci's Adobo Seasoning image

Many recipes call for adobo seasoning and all I can ever find in the store are the cans of peppers in adobo sauce. They always seems excessively hot. With this recipe from Traci, I can adjust the heat better!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together all ingredients and store in an air-tight jar in a cool, dry place.
