Steps:
- Create a salad as you normally would (cooking the meat, chopping vegetables, etc.).
- Run the garlic, shallot and sardine through a food processor until it is smooth.
- Add the olive oil and vinegar to the puree and beat together with a fork.
- Drizzle over fresh lettuce (and other vegetables/meats if you've added them) serve immediately or within the hour.
- Optional: Top with fresh parmesan cheese before serving.
