This smoothie is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I always have a few bananas and strawberries that are about to go bad, so I throw them in a smoothie with some yogurt and milk. It's a delicious and nutritious way to avoid food waste.

This smoothie is so easy to make and it's packed with nutrients. I love that I can use whatever fruit I have on hand. It's a great way to get my kids to eat more fruit, too.
