Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, panko, 3 tbsp. bbq sauce, parsley, egg, ginger along with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- 2. Press mixture into a 10-in. loaf pan on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush top of meatloaf with 1/4 cup bbq sauce and press pineapple rings onto top of loaf.
- 3. Bake for 1 hour. Then brush remaining 1/4 cup bbq sauce and bake an additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
