Tropical Salad image

Avocado is rich in the healthful fats that can raise levels of HDL ("good") cholesterol. Cantaloupe and papaya are high in potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure.

3 slices chilled cantaloupe
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
