Tuna Bunwiches image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 pound cheddar cheese soup sharp, coarsely grated
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup green olives stuffed, sliced
3 eggs hard-cooked and chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna water-packed, chunk, drained
8 dinner rolls potato, split open

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Spread on split rolls (or hamburger buns). Broil until cheese melts and edges of rolls are toasted. Serve immediately. Makes 16 open face sandwiches.

I didn't have any celery on hand, so I used chopped carrots instead. They worked just as well.
