TUNA MELT FOR ONE
This was one of my favorites when I was single. I now double the recipe for me and my hubby.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. Mix tuna, onion, celery, mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread over the 2 muffin halves, arrange 3 peppers on each half cover with chesse slice.
- 3. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minustes
