Turkey Alfredo Pizza image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pizza crust, 12 inch pre baked
1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
3/4 cup Alfredo sauce, reduced fat
1 spinach, frozen chopped 10 ounce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups Turkey breast, shredded (Maybe chicken breast as substitute)
3/4 cup parmesan chees
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • 1. Place the crust on a baking sheet; rub with cut sides of garlic. Discard garlic. Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce over crust.
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine the spinach, lemon juice, salt and pepper; spoon evenly over sauce. Top with turkey; drizzle with remaining Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes.
  • 3. Bake at 425° until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted, 11-13 minutes.
