Turkey Breakfast Sausage image

Recipe from Light and Tasty magazine Judy culberston shared the recipe. I can't wait to try it sounds great and could be used instead of regular sausage in any recipe. Weight watcher points = 2pts per patty

1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Crumble turkey into a large bowl. Add the salt, sage, pepper and ginger. Shape into eight 2 inch patties. In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook patties over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and cooked well.
