Steps:
- Placed all ingredients (minus the broccoli) in a large pot on medium high heat, boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
- Add in the broccoli 3 minutes before serving. If you like mushy broccoli, add when you are ready to simmer for 10 minutes. The hot stock will cook the broccoli in the 3 minutes =).
