Steps:
- Sautee ground turkey, garlic and onions with broth and Cajun Spice until the meat is done and onions are transparent. Add pepper and cook 3 minutes more. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix all other ingredients together and add the meat and onion mixture. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until most of the liquid is cooked down. Every 30 minutes stir the casserole so the rice cooks evenly. Makes 4.5 servings.
