Loved the caramelized leeks! The sweetness of the leeks balanced out the acidity of the tomatoes perfectly. I added a bit of chili flakes for an extra kick. Served it with rice and it was a hit with my family.

Not a fan of this dish. The leeks were not caramelized enough and the tomato sauce was too acidic. I think I'll stick to my usual leek recipes.

This Turkish leeks recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I had to add extra spices and herbs to give it some flavor. Otherwise, the texture of the leeks was nice and tender.
