I've tried making these tostadas several times and I can never seem to get them right. The rice is always too mushy and the turkey is always dry. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

These tostadas are so easy to make and they're always a hit with my family. I love that I can use leftover turkey, so it's a great way to use up leftovers.

I'm not a fan of turkey, but these tostadas were actually really good! The rice was perfectly cooked and the avocado and salsa were delicious. I'll definitely be making these again, but with chicken instead of turkey.

These tostadas were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more seasoning next time.
