This recipe was modified from one I found in the Quaker Oats "All-Time Any Time Recipes" book. Its so easy, it hardly classifies as cooking. Note that this works well with ground venison or ground beef, too.

This meatloaf was a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I might add some more salsa or tomato sauce next time.

This meatloaf was a bit too dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would add some more moisture, maybe by using a different type of salsa or by adding some chopped vegetables to the meatloaf mixture.

This is a great recipe for a simple and delicious meatloaf. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and it turned out just as good. I also added some chopped bell peppers and onions to the salsa mixture, which gave it a nice extra flavor.
