TUSCAN WHITE BEAN SPREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can (16oz) White Beans such as Canneline or Great Northern. Drained and rinsed.
2T olive oil
1T chopped fresh thyme or 1t dried
2t fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/4 chopped fresh arugula
1 baguette

Steps:

  • Combine beans, oil, thyme, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer the bean puree to a small bowl. Stir in arugula. Season with salt and pepper.
