This dish is a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. I think next time I'll cut back on the sugar in the sauce.

Easy to make and delicious! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they cooked perfectly in the sauce. The rice was also very flavorful and the pineapple and apricots added a nice sweetness to the dish.

This dish was a hit with my family! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the rice was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more pineapple, as we love the sweet-tart flavor it adds to the dish.
