Valerie's Cheesy Salami Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 5

One 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
8 ounces hard salami, chopped
4 cups shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Pecorino-Romano
3 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Pat the crescent roll dough into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the salami, mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Pat the mixture into the crescent roll dough.
  • Bake until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
