Velveeta, broccoli and rice casserole image

this recipe has Velveeta instead of cheez whiz and reg. rice instead of instant rice which I think gives it a much better flavor. My family LOVES it!!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb velveeta cheese
2 c cooked white rice
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 onion to taste
chopped celery to taste

Steps:

  • 1. cook broccoli according to package directions, and drain.
  • 2. add cheese, cooked rice and soup.
  • 3. add finely chopped onion and celery if you want them.
  • 4. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.
  • 5. bake at 375 until bubbling on top.
