VELVEETA Classic Potatoes au Gratin Recipe - (4.2/5) image

6 cups thinly sliced potatoes (4 large potatoes or about 1-1/2 lb.)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
250 g VELVEETA Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Steps:

  • Make It PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 5 min. or until tender; drain. Layer potatoes and onions in 2-qt. casserole dish. PLACE Velveeta, milk and mustard in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 1 min. Pour over potatoes; cover.
