Velveeta down-Home Mac and Cheese image

Love Mac and Cheese, reminds me of home with the family on Sunday. Now with this easy verison i can make it more often..

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 c butter of mararine
1/4 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 lb velveeta ,cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 c macaroni cooked, drained
1/2 c shredded chedder cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat butter in med saucepan on med heat. Whisk in flour; cook 2 min, stirring constntly. Gradually stir in milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constanlty. Add Velveeta; cook 3 min or until melted, stirring frequently; Stir in macaroni.
  • 2. spoon into 2qt cassorole spraying with cooking spray: Sprinkle with chedder cheese..
