1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup parmigiano, grated
1 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix everything with the food processor (Skip this step if you prefer more texture!).
  • Heat slowly in a small pan or in the microwave, but stop before it's boiling.
  • Serve on your noodle.
