Watermelon Shots image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 cups vodka
1 cup boiling water
Two 3-ounce packages watermelon-flavor gelatin
1/2 hollowed out watermelon rind

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the vodka, water and gelatin. Pour the mixture into the watermelon half. Refrigerate until fully set, at least 4 hours.
  • Slice into wedges and serve chilled.
