I followed the recipe exactly and my whipped ricotta turned out grainy. Not sure what went wrong.

This was my first time making whipped ricotta and it turned out great! I was surprised at how easy it was to make and it's so much better than store-bought ricotta.

I've made this whipped ricotta several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's so light and fluffy, and the perfect topping for crostini or fruit.
