White Castle Appetizers image

One of my favorites that my mom used to make. These do not really taste like White Castle's but they are very good.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) (12 oz) hereford corned beef
1/2 pkg (2 oz.) lipton onion soup mix
8 oz sour cream
dill pickle slices
3 pkg (12 oz each) pepperidge farm dinner roll (party roll size)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix corned beef, onion soup mix and sour cream together.
  • 2. Spread in buns. Put back in tray they came in and wrap in foil (if you use different rolls, just wrap well in foil).
  • 3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Place 1 slice of pickle in each.
