I HATE real chocolate. I know I'm weird but, I have found a way to make a quick and easy dessert that is pretty good for you. Even my DH is requesting these more often since I made them for a romantic Valentine's Dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (16 ounce) bag white chocolate chips

I used a variety of sprinkles and they all looked so festive. The cups were the perfect size for a single serving of mousse or ice cream.

The white chocolate cups were a little too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try using a different type of chocolate next time.
