Worcestershire Lemon Marinade For Beef Roast image

This is a great marinade for a sirloin tip roast. It makes enough for a 3-4 pound roast.

1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c worcestershire sauce (i use a lower sodium version)
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c dry red wine
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp dry mustard
2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk all ingredients together until blended.
  • 2. Put meat into a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for desired time.
