This shake is so thick and yummy. It satisfies my "sweets" craving while trying to stick to my allotted points.

1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons fat-free sugar-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Process all ingredients in blender until thick and smooth.
  • Enjoy!
