From an old cookbook of my mother's, this is a great way to use up leftover beef. Save some of the gravy from the original roast.

This Yorkshire Beef Puff was an absolute delight! The combination of the flaky puff pastry, tender beef, and rich gravy was simply divine. I especially loved the addition of mushrooms and onions, which added a depth of flavor to the dish.
