Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 425. In bowl mix your flour and milk. Add eggs one at a time till well blended. Add salt and parsley. Let stand while you ready your pan
- 2. Take a muffin pan and put a bit of olive oil in the bottom of each pan and place in Hot oven. Wait till the oil is real hot (smoking). Take pan out and fill to 3/4 full. the batter should sizzle when this is done. Place back in the oven and cook for 20 min or golden brown.
- 3. CHOW DOWN!
