A cousin first introduced me to this rich casserole. The flavor is a cross between a taco and burrito. I like to serve it with a tossed salad and French bread.-Joyce Ericksen, Turlock, California

I wasn't a big fan of this recipe. The beef was a bit tough, and the sauce was too salty for my taste.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I liked the way the beef and vegetables cooked together in the sauce.
