Zucchini Bread image

This is one of the easiest thing to make, and I do mean easy. Not to mention good to eat warm, with butter on it. And I have been making this one for many a years.

Number Of Ingredients 11

3 large eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
2 c zucchini grated
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 c walnuts chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 350* Cream oil, sugar and add eggs one at a time, mix well.
  • 2. Then just dump all other ingredients in and again mix well, about tow minutes.
  • 3. Place in two bread pans and bake for one hour or till tooth pick comes out clean.
