Steps:
- cut zuke and squash up add water just enough to almost cover and cook till done. Add tomatoes (all 3 cans) and butter. Simmer till it cooks down some but not thick. Then add cheese !! Voille` finished!! I cover tortilla chips with it for the kids and hubby ..they love it. for adults and parties i hollow out a loaf of round italian bread.. small loaf..fill it with the dip and use the extra bread for dipping. U can also use it as an entree before dinner as your soup,just dont add as much cheese. Fast and easy!!!
