Steps:
- 1. In a frying pan, add some oil. Make an omelet and set aside. Then cut the spam into slices and fry.
- 2. Cut the cucumber, carrots and eggs into strips. Set Aside
- 3. Take a sheet of seaweed. Layer on some hot rice on the bottom of the seaweed. Then add the spam, cucumber, carrots, eggs, then add the rice seasonings.
- 4. Take one end of the seaweed and start rolling the sushi. Cut into slices and add on the rice seasoning. Enjoy!
