This marinade works great on flat iron steak or any cut of beef. I prefer to use it on a charcoal grill, but can be used with any method of your choice.

5 stars! This marinade is a winner. I've tried it on both flat iron steak and flank steak and it's always delicious.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a huge hit with my family! The steak was so tender and flavorful. I loved the combination of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in the marinade. I will definitely be making this again.
