6 layer cookies image

everyone calls them 7layer, but i can't count milk as a layer.(-: this is my kind of recipe, no talent needed, just layer goodies into the pan.

Categories     Cookies

Time 50m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed (i like the chocolate ones)
1 1/2 c coconut, shredded
1 c chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter chips
1 c butterscotch chips
1 c chopped nuts (your choice)
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (14oz)

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350°F
  • 2. put butter in 13x9 baking pan and melt in oven. coat bottom and sides of pan with butter
  • 3. spread cracker crumbs in pan and press to bottom. layer in your chips, one flavor at a time. (although, they kind of mix together anyway) layer in the nuts, then cover with coconut, pour milk evenly over the top.
  • 4. stick the pan back into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. pull it out and let it cool, then put it in the fridge to set, cut to whatever size cookies you like. (i use combination of pizza cutter and butter knife)
