Steps:
- mix all of the ingredients- then put them in ziploc bag- with the tuna-cut a few spots in the tuna so the marinade soaks in. on the grill cook for 4 mins on each side if you like it rare. it will totally depend on how thick the tuna is. Before I serve it I melt a bit of unsalted butter for each person- it is a very nice compliment to the tuna- it may sound odd- but this is the way it is served at one of my favorite restaurants- it is heaven.
