Ahi Tuna Poke image

Simple, flavorful tuna poke. Serve with avocado and pita chips.

1 scallion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 medium avocado, diced
2 lime wedges

Steps:

  • Whisk scallion, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Add tuna cubes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Serve with avocado and fresh lime wedges.
