ALPLER MAGRONE (MACARONI WITH BACON)
I initially posted this on another site for a world tour game. From A Taste of Switzerland by Sue Style. Times are approximate and do not include time for cooking the macaroni and potatoes.

Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- 1. Saute bacon until crisp.
- 2. Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 3. Mix in macaroni and potatoes.
- 4. Layer into a baking dish.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
- 6. Meanwhile saute onion in butter until golden.
- 7. Serve sprinkled with the onion.
