American Chop Suey (Pasta Shells With Meat) image

I got this from my local paper. Although it's called American Chop Suey it's nothing Asian!! It sounded so good that i had to add it hey but i haven't made it yet, so tell me what it's like! i don't eat bacon or beef and I'm allergic to peppers so i just omitted and changed some stuff.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pasta and vegetables. I also like to add a can of black beans or corn to make it even more hearty. It's a quick and easy meal that's perfect for a busy weeknight.

I've made this dish a few times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of ground beef, vegetables, and pasta is a winner. I like to add a little extra garlic and red pepper flakes to give it a bit of a kick. Yum!

This American Chop Suey was a hit with my family! It was so easy to make and the flavors were amazing. The pasta shells were cooked perfectly and the sauce was rich and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.
