- 1. In a 2-quart casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray, combine apples, cranberries, and sugar.
- 2. Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and pecans in a medium mixing bowl.
- 3. Pour melted butter on the oat mixture and mix well.
- 4. Top the apple and cranberries with the oat mixture.
- 5. Bake in 350 degree oven for about one hour.
- 6. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
- 7. Serve hot. Good with chicken, turkey, or ham
